A brother’s quest for justice for his sister

Hi Guys. I am posting one picture here. If you see the pic, first thing will come to your mind that this guy is a real gentleman. He is Mr Lutu Baliarsingh from Khudupur,Jatani,Odisha.
He got married on 14th Dec 2014. After one month of marriage he started torturing his wife in both ways mentally and physically for dowry.
After several discussions, His wife’s family decided to take back their daughter on 20th May 2015. One day before this he lost his mind as he did not get anything what he was expecting in the dowry.
Finally on 19th May2015 he killed his wife in a brutal manner. First he tried to beat her with several things as we saw a lot of wounds on her body. After that he killed that innocent girl by choking her with an electric wire.
I can not post the pics of the murder as those are very sensitive. Also he wanted to burn her body but could not do that as he ran away after seeing the police.
Now the Police is not able to find this guy as currently he is underground. So I request to everybody please share this pic as much as you can and make famous this real monster.
