But now the old Odia Sambalpuri Folk Song “Rangabati” original singer Mitrabhanu Gountia and Music Director Prabhudatta Pradhan have filed a copyright infringement against Sona Mohapatra, Ram Sampath, Rituraj, Hindustan Coca cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Hindustan Cocacola Holdins Pvt Ltd, Viacom 18 Media Pvt Ltd for making the New Rangabati Returns song without their prior notice. So they filed a case for Defamation of one crore rupees"
